Returns
All items purchased following the correct terms of payment can be returned to us within 30 days for free. To be eligible for return the item must be unused, be in its original state and containing the original labels. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included inside the packaging.
Fitting the item in a hygienic manner will not make us deem it used and is allowed.
Refunds
Upon arrival the article will be inspected, and you will be notified that we have received your returned item and about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account including the delivery costs.
You will receive the payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Fitting the article in a hygienic manner is allowed and will not be deemed as wear.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund the shipping payment when your return is approved, after inspection of the item, together with the initial refund
