Delivery time will be 1 to 3 days.

In case your order takes longer than usual, you will receive a track & trace via E-mail.

FAQ - RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Taking into consideration our refund policy, yes.

Send us an email and send the item back. We will make sure that you receive the right item and your delivery costs are refunded.

Once we receive the refunded item, taking into consideration our refund policy, we will immediately refund the amount to your bank account. From there it might take a few business days depending on the bank.

FAQ - ONLINE ORDERS

We accept iDEAL, Paypall and creditcard.

Unfortunately once the item is sent we can not change the shipping address anymore.

You can cancel your order. However, once the item is shipped you first need to sent us back the item; taking into consideration our refund policy. Then the full amount including the delivery costs will be refunded on your bank account.

When passing our inspection, yes. Otherwise, no.
